How Does Our Service Work?

Ez2Own Phones provisions your order, schedules your installation, programs your system and everything else required for your project, from our headquarters in Silicon Valley.

Your Allworx phone system will be programmed & tested by an Allworx Certified Professional (ACP).

Your Allworx phone system will be installed and or supervised by an Allworx Certified Professional (ACP) installer from your area that has met the stringent standards that have been set by Ez2Own Phones.

Our certified installer will do the following:

1. Complete Site Survey at your location prior to installation, including the following:

A. Check existing cabling and connections.
B. Telephone system location- Confirm all equipment racking, shelving, backboard space, power availability, Telco MPOE/DMARC, & potential cross connects.
C. Check and verify all LAN network equipment– Routers, Switches, Firewalls, etc.
D. Confirm existing LAN/WAN architecture including VLAN, DHCP, Router & Firewall settings.
E. Confirm and verify existing voice and data services from telecom carrier.
F. Determination for dismantling and/or disposal of existing PBX system.

2. A Site Assesment Report will be compiled including any issues or deficiencies that must be corrected on or before the date of installation. A written list of recommendations that will be either “Required” or “Optional” will be submitted and reviewed with our customer. These may include one or more of the following:

A. Network Equipment- Ethernet Switches, Router, Firewall, etc.
B. Paging system upgrades or replacement.
C. Headsets– wired or wireless.
D. Cordless Phones
E. CRM Integration– TAPI driver & screen pops.
F. Full time call recording applications.
G. Door phones & remote door entry release mechanisms.
H. Call accounting software.

3. Assessment of existing telecom services (Analog CO trunks/lines, t1/PRI voice trunks, SIP trunks, and Internet services (for remote phones & site-to-site networking)

A Telco Services Assessment Report will be compiled with a written list of recommendations that will be reviewed with our customer. These may include one or more of the following recommendations that can be facilitated by Ez2Own Phones or by the customer:

A. Less Expensive telecom services- Voice, Data & Networking.
B. Consolidation of Telecom Services- Utilization of Dynamic T-1’s (Voice & Data).
C. Either customer may provision or Ez2Own Phones will provision new services.
D. Establish delivery dates for new telecom services to coincide with installation of new phone system.
E. Determine what existing services can be used in the event that PBX must be in- stalled before new telco services are delivered (failure of old system).

4. Onsite Installation Your Allworx phone system will be programmed & tested by an Allworx Certified Professional (ACP) before onsite installation. Your Allworx phone system will be installed and or supervised by an Allworx Certified Professional (ACP) installer from your area that has met the stringent standards that have been set by Ez2Own Phones. Complete onsite and remote support services will include the following:

A. Deploy and test all phones and servers.
B. Assist with system recordings such as Auto Attendant messages, ACD & Call Queuing messages, Music on Hold uploads, etc.
C. Train users on phone features, presence management and voice mail set up.
D. Train users on Call Assistant, iAllworx, Conference Center, ACD, Call Queuing, Paging, Parking, etc.
